Linda Ditoro retired from The Boeing Company January 2020, after ten years and is currently an independent consultant with Global Initiatives Partners, LLC based in Chicago, IL. In her role as Strategic Advisor to Brita Kaarina Koskenalusta, CEO, Global Initiatives Partners LLC, the current focus is supporting companies in Finland which would like to break into the US market. Support has been diverse and has included software applications, medical devices, and dual use products for both commercial and defense use.
In 2023, Linda and her husband Joe moved from Chicago to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Linda has diverse experience and extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance. During her last year with Boeing, she built and managed a virtual team responsible for supply chain regulatory compliance to include U. S. Government (FAR/DFARS), Counterfeit Parts Avoidance, Cybersecurity, Global Chemical Regulations, Human Trafficking, and Anti-Corruption. For over nine years at Boeing, Linda managed a team of investigators focused on global Anti-Corruption due diligence. Earlier experience included Director of Government Contracts at Navistar, in Warrenville, IL, Financial Controller at ADT Federal Systems based in Alexandria, VA and executive-level contracts and financial management positions at Motorola Inc. Early in her career, Linda worked as a Contracts Specialist at the US Army Missile Command and a Contracts Negotiator at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center located in Huntsville, AL.
Linda is a strategic thinker and excels in negotiating controversial issues across functions within an organization and selling the value of ethics, compliance, and financial management. Diverse experience includes writing policies and procedures, creating and delivering focused training programs, establishing and chairing compliance councils, supporting M&A due diligence, serving as an expert witness, and drafting communications to Boards of Directors and other C-Suite executives.
Linda received her BS degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with double majors in Business Management and Organizational Communications. She received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, and maintains the following professional certifications:
